IDD Organization Landscape

The field of infectious disease dynamics spans the globe, with research groups and organizations contributing vital work across six continents. The map and table below depict the diverse ecosystem of infectious disease modeling networks and consortia.​ While our field benefits from this global distribution of expertise, the connections between these groups often remain underdeveloped. GSIDD aims to serve as a connective tissue, strengthening relationships between community orgs and facilitating knowledge exchange across geographical and disciplinary boundaries. For now, we are learning from these established networks.
