We are excited to invite you to the official launch of the Global Society for Infectious Disease Dynamics (GSIDD) on February 26th, 2026. This launch marks an important milestone for our global community. We look forward to sharing our progress and gathering your feedback as we continue building GSIDD together. Over the coming months, we hope you will join us and provide feedback on the proposed mission, values, and strategic goals for the GSIDD. This society belongs to all of us, and your input is essential to ensure it meets the diverse needs of researchers, practitioners, and educators worldwide. We don't anticipate us being a traditional professional society with a journal and annual meeting (at least not yet). There is an entire ecosystem that already exists within the modeling
